Ways to obtain pokemon

Daily checkin! Every single day when you hit the daily checkin button you will receive a pokemon to use as stream avatar. This even has a chance to be a shiny, at full odds. There is no weighting for rarity, so this is probably the best way to get something cool (if you’re lucky)

Each follow during the event will give one pokemon to start you off, courtesy of youngster joey. You’re welcome (:

Subs are another chance for you to get a pokemon. Of course subscribing for yourself gives a pokemon, but gifting subs will also give you a chance at something cool. The more you gift, the cooler things you can get, up to the gift sub cap of course. Giving bits matches the rarities from giving subs. Regardless of how you choose to catch your pokemon, the tiers are the same.

Each time a game is beaten a battle royale will be run for a free mysterygift of the highest tier! Hanging out in chat is profitable! (Only active chatters are considered)

Hype trains! Hype trains are your chance to get shiny pokemon. Low levels of hype give less valuable shinies, but on higher levels you have the chance for some really cool stuff! (unconfirmed) You don’t have to contribute to a hype train to get the rewards, anyone present gets a present! (haha)

More shiny chances - You can give T3 subs to roll for shinies. By giving at least one sub you roll for less valuable shinies, but if you give at least 6 at once you roll for as high a tier as a level 10 hype train.

If you encounter any issues, or unexpected results while rolling for pokemon, feel free to say something. Keep in mind all of these are just cosmetics for how your Stream Avatar appears on stream, and I do not recommend spending absurd amounts of money with the goal of getting a pokemon. These are intended to be bonuses for contributions, not the main attraction. Having this game in chat does not excuse anyone from the rules of the channel or grant any exceptions. I am not a company, and I wrote all of the logic for this myself, so please be patient if something doesn’t meet your expectations. Mods and I will be doing our best to keep things running smoothly.
